Pi-Hole fonctionne de façon à effectuer ce filtrage directement entre votre box et votre Raspberry.

Une fois PiHole configuré, les pubs sont bloquées avant même de pouvoir atteindre votre ordinateur, téléphone, tablette ou tout autre appareil connecté à votre réseau. Vous pourrez donc libérer vos machines des plugins servant à bloquer les pubs. Notez que le filtrage n’est actif que sur votre réseau, donc si vous quittez votre domicile ou utilisez par exemple la 4g, les pubs reviendront.

Volumio is a free and Open Source Linux Distribution, designed and fine-tuned exclusively for music playback. It runs on a variety of devices, typically small and cheap computers like the Raspberry PI, but also on low power PCs, notebooks or thin clients.
By flashing (installing) Volumio on any of this platforms, it will then become an headless Audiophile Music Player. Headless means that the only way to control it will be with another Mobile phone, computer or tablet.

piCorePlayer is a very system (piCore linux) which is running in RAM, and is not writing to the sd-card. Therefore, it is very robust and will not corrupt your sd-card even so you can simply cut the power without any risk of corruption of the system.

piCorePlayer can be used in three ways:

1. As a Squeezebox player that connect to your existing Logitech Media Server (LMS). (See how-to here-work in progress)

3. A combined LMS server and Squeezebox player.
